This Refund Policy applies to purchases of CookieRay Pro from DevItems LLC (“DevItems,” “CookieRay,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). We want you to be confident in your purchase, so we offer a straightforward money-back guarantee.

1. Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, your request must:

• Be submitted within 14 days of your original purchase date; and
• Relate to a CookieRay Pro plan purchased directly from us.

The free CookieRay plugin on WordPress.org involves no payment and is not subject to this policy.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email [email protected] from the email address associated with your purchase. Please include your order or license details so we can locate your account quickly. We are happy to help troubleshoot any issues first, but a refund within the eligibility window is never conditional on doing so.

3. What Is Non-Refundable

The following are not eligible for a refund:

• Renewals. Subscription renewal charges processed after the initial 14-day refund window. You can avoid renewal charges by cancelling before your renewal date.
• Requests outside the window. Purchases for which more than 14 days have passed since the original transaction.
• Abuse. Requests that we reasonably determine to be abusive, such as repeated purchase-and-refund cycles or violations of our Terms & Conditions.

4. Processing Time

Once your refund is approved, we will process it promptly. Refunds are typically completed within 5–10 business days, though the exact timing depends on your bank or card issuer.

5. How Refunds Are Issued

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. We are unable to issue refunds to a different card, account, or payment method.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
